Registration Checklist Form is not a substitute for the Online Registration Form.

Do I need to attend Registration?

At minimum, a parent, or guardian, and student must attend registration to verify student participation and pay fees. Students will also be fitted for uniforms and other clothing items. There will be no make-up registration day. Any registrations not completed on this day must be coordinated with directors and will likely incur additional fees for custom orders and/or expedited shipping.

Yes. Exact fees have not yet been set, but plan on a range of $200 - $400 per student. The amount will vary depending on items needed and other equipment costs.

Current pricing for uniforms for all Marching Band members is $80. Please be aware that suppliers are constantly adjusting prices, so our uniform fee is not locked in until registration night.

Maybe. It depends on the status of your student. Incoming Freshmen will likely need most or all the items on the registration form so the cost will be higher. Returning students will likely not need every item on the form since some items from previous seasons can be reused.

Yes. All fees are to be paid on registration day. There will be a payment plan option available with a minimum about due on registration day to activate the plan.

The fees you pay help pay the costs associated with producing a high-quality and competitive marching band program. This includes a portion of the cost for uniforms, props, show design & music, additional instruction/choreography and equipment trailer maintenance. The fees paid by parents/guardians only covers a portion of the total marching band budget. The remainder of the cost is subsidized by fundraising and donations.

None.

The first 30 minutes or so will include information provided by the directors and an introduction to the Band Boosters Board. The directors also take this time to go over expectations, requirements, opportunities, and usually a reveal of the upcoming season's show. The Band Boosters Board will give a brief overview of their role as well as the many volunteer opportunities available. The remainder of the evening will be used to fit and size the students to uniforms and identify what other items or equipment will be needed. This is also a great opportunity to ask questions and get information to prepare for marching band season.

The Show will be revealed at the Information and Registration night, 18 May 2026.
