5/27/2026 - Recording Session day, students will begin day in Polos. Recommend packing alternate clothing in carry-bag to change after the recording session.

5/28/2026 - "We assigned adults to buses today that are evenly dispersed for responsibilities. I'm working on finalizing the buses this evening and will share a finalized list. Students signed up for buses today and were encouraged to sign up on the bus their parent is on.
In regards to students missing rehearsal today with his sign ups, I will work to accommodate student recommendations to the best of my ability with bus capacity limitations and keep sizes even for supervision.

Students are not assigned specific seats but as mentioned at the meeting, students must sit next to a person of same sex for the night time portion." - Davis

"Seats were budgeted to hopefully ensure that adults and chaperones have a seat to themselves. Please ensure that students are sitting next to someone so that adults are able to have a single seat." - Davis
